1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the AgoLog app (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.
2. The service
The App lets you log the last time you did recurring tasks or activities and see how long ago each one was, with optional reminders. Data is stored only on your device.
3. Purchases and refunds
AgoLog Pro is a one-time (non-consumable), lifetime purchase that unlocks the App's premium features. Payments and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective policies; refund requests go through the store you purchased from. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
4. Your responsibilities
Because data is stored only on your device, you are responsible for not losing access to it (e.g. through device loss, reset, or App deletion) if you have not kept your own backup.
5. Disclaimer
The App is a personal organizational tool. It does not provide medical, safety, or maintenance advice, and reminders are not a substitute for professional guidance where relevant (e.g. medication schedules, safety-critical maintenance). The App is provided "as is".
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
