ArrowWise Privacy Policy

1. Overview

ArrowWise (the "App") is an arrow build calculation aid for archers. You enter arrow components (shaft, point, insert, nock, vanes) and bow specs, and the App calculates total weight, FOC, estimated speed, kinetic energy, momentum, and GPP. The App requires no account and transmits no input values, calculation results, or saved builds to any server. All data stays on your device.

2. Information We Process

2.1 Inputs and Calculation Results

The App does not use device sensors such as the camera or accelerometer. Arrow components (shaft GPI, point, insert, nock, vanes, wrap) and bow specs (draw weight, draw length, IBO) are entered manually by you on screen. These values and the resulting weight, FOC, speed, kinetic energy, momentum, and GPP figures are used only to display the calculation and are saved to your device only if you choose to save the build.

2.2 Saved Build Records

Arrow builds you choose to save (build name, component values, calculation results) are stored only on your device.

2.3 Purchases

Unlocking unlimited saved builds, side-by-side comparison, and PDF/CSV export (one-time purchase, product ID arrowwise_pro_lifetime) is processed by the Apple App Store. The App never collects or stores payment details; it only verifies the purchase via the store receipt.

2.4 Advertising

This App contains no advertising SDK. There is no advertising identifier collection, no ads shown, and no advertising-related consent flow.

3. Retention and Deletion

The App collects no personal data on any server. The data described in 2.2 is stored only on your device and is removed when you delete records in the App or uninstall the App.

4. Children

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Safety Notice

The total weight, FOC, speed, kinetic energy, momentum, and GPP values provided by this App are reference figures calculated from the standard AMO method and the component values you enter. You must independently verify these figures with your own scale and measuring equipment before assembling or using an arrow for hunting or target shooting. The App makes no guarantee regarding calculation accuracy, material loss, or incidents during use.
