1. The Service
BendWise calculates the mark, shrink, and take-up for 90 degree stub bends, offsets, 3-point and 4-point saddle bends, and segment bends based on conduit size, bend angle, and height that you enter. The App is not a bending machine, and its calculations are a reference derived from standard take-up and offset multiplier tables. The free tier includes the 90 degree stub and offset calculators and a subset of the reference tables; the paid unlock (bendwise_pro_lifetime) adds 3-point and 4-point saddle bends, segment bending, unlimited saved jobs, and IMC/Rigid conduit presets with custom take-up.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for actual conduit cutting and bending and for confirming job-site safety, and must verify critical runs against your own bender before cutting or bending.
3. Purchases and Refunds
Unlocking Pro features is a one-time purchase (product ID bendwise_pro_lifetime) processed by the Apple App Store. Refunds follow Apple's refund policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." The mark, shrink, and take-up values calculated by the App are a reference only; you must independently verify them before actual work. The App is not liable for calculation error, material loss, or job-site incidents.
5. Intellectual Property
The App's design, code, and content are owned by the developer (hedvion). Unauthorized copying, distribution, or decompilation is prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be revised as needed. Material changes will be announced via the App or its store listing.
