1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Billwise (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Definitions

• "Service" means the invoice-creation functionality and all other features provided through Billwise.
• "User" means any person who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Content" means invoices and any other data you create or generate within the Service.

3. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice and without liability, except where required by law.

5. Your Data & Responsibility

All data you create, including invoices, is stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit or store your data on any server, and we are not responsible for data loss resulting from device loss, damage, or reset. You are responsible for using optional backup mechanisms, such as iCloud backup, if you wish to protect your data.

6. In-App Purchases

Paid features are processed entirely through Apple's and Google's in-app payment systems. Refunds are governed by the respective app store's refund policy (Apple App Store or Google Play); we are not involved in payment processing itself.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is a tool for creating invoices only. We do not guarantee the legal validity, tax, or accounting accuracy of any document generated through the Service. If you use invoices for actual business or tax purposes, you are solely responsible for verifying their content against applicable law and, where appropriate, professional advice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
