1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the Canasta Score app (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.
2. The service
The App provides round-by-round score tallying for the Canasta card game, player management, rule configuration, and game history. All data is stored on your device only.
3. Purchases and refunds
Canasta Score Pro is a one-time (non-consumable) purchase ($4.99) that removes ads and unlocks additional features. Payments and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store under Apple's policies; refund requests go through Apple. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the loss of game records due to device loss, resets, or App deletion. The App does not back up game records outside your device.
5. Disclaimer
The App is a tool that calculates scores based on information you enter; the accuracy of results depends on the values you enter and the rule settings you choose. The App is provided "as is".
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
