By accessing or using CPSRush (the "Service"), a collection of free online click-speed and timing tools at cpsrush.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. The Service

CPSRush provides browser-based tests such as click speed (CPS) tests, a spacebar counter, jitter and kohi click tests, a reaction-time test and a scroll test. The Service is provided free of charge, requires no account, and runs entirely in your browser.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated abuse, or use it in violation of applicable law.

3. No warranty

The Service and all results are provided "as is" for informational and entertainment purposes, without warranty of any kind. Measured scores depend on your hardware, browser and input device and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

4. Intellectual property

The CPSRush name, design and original content are owned by the operator. Game names referenced are the property of their respective owners; CPSRush is not affiliated with them.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
