1. Purpose

These terms govern the rights and obligations between the service provider (hedvion) and users of Daily TOPIK (the "Service").

2. Definitions

• "Service" means all Korean-learning content and features provided through the Daily TOPIK app.
• "User" means anyone who agrees to these terms and uses the Service.
• "Content" means all information in the Service, including conversations, vocabulary, example sentences, questions, explanations and pronunciation audio.

3. Effect and Changes

These terms take effect when posted in the Service. The provider may amend them within the bounds of applicable law, announcing the effective date and reasons in advance.

4. The Service

The Service provides Korean learning for TOPIK levels 1–6: daily conversations, spaced-repetition (SRS) vocabulary, practice questions and native-speaker pronunciation audio, with meanings available in 11 languages. No account is required; learning progress is stored against an anonymous device identifier.

5. User Obligations

Users must use the Service for learning purposes only and must not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit the Content, or interfere with normal operation of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property and Data Sources

Copyright in the Service belongs to the provider, except as noted below. Dictionary definitions and translations are derived from the Basic Korean Dictionary by the National Institute of Korean Language (krdict.korean.go.kr) under the CC BY-SA 2.0 KR license; that derived vocabulary data is likewise available under the same license. Questions, example sentences, explanations and audio are original works of the provider. Daily TOPIK is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NIIED (the TOPIK administrator); no past exam questions are used.

7. Advertising

The free tier may show third-party ads (e.g., Google AdMob).

8. Paid Purchase and Refunds

A one-time premium purchase unlocks levels 3–6 and removes ads. Payments and refunds follow Apple App Store / Google Play policies. For purchase inquiries contact the store or [email protected].

9. Disclaimer

The provider is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond its control. The Content is a study aid and does not guarantee any exam result.

10. Governing Law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the provider's place of business.
