1. The Service
DawnWise (the "App") provides sleep analysis using the microphone and accelerometer, a smart alarm, and sleep statistics. Basic features (smart alarm, recording playback, last-night report, 7-day history) are free; advanced features are unlocked by a one-time purchase (com.hedvion.dawnwise.pro_lifetime, $19.99). There is no subscription and no recurring billing.
2. Disclaimer for Sleep Analysis Results (Important)
Sleep stages, sleep scores, and snore detection results provided by the App are estimates for informational purposes only. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent sleep disorders such as sleep apnea. If you have health concerns related to sleep, consult a medical professional.
3. Purchases and Refunds
Payments are processed by Google Play / Apple App Store, and refunds follow each store's refund policy. After changing or resetting your device, use the store's "Restore Purchases" to restore your purchase free of charge.
4. Cloud Backup
Cloud backup of sleep records uses the user's own iCloud/Google Drive account. We cannot access this data and are not responsible for loss of backup data.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its components (design, icons, code) are the copyrighted property of hedvion.
6. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be revised as needed. Material changes will be announced via the App or its store listing.
