1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using endpoint2cost on e2c.hedvion.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Definitions
- "Service" means the endpoint2cost usage-tracking hub and all related APIs and features.
- "User" means any individual or entity accessing the Service.
- "Tenant" means a licensed customer with an active Polar license key.
- "Usage Data" means API call counts and related metadata collected through the Service.
3. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Service Availability
We aim to provide the Service on a continuous basis but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice and without liability.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with license verification mechanisms
- Share license keys with unauthorized parties beyond the seat cap of your plan
- Use the Service to track API usage of third-party services in violation of their terms
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
6. Intellectual Property
All content and software within the Service is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. The open-source CLI client is governed by its own separate license.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is a usage-tracking and analytics tool provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any usage data, cost estimates, or reports. Usage data may be subject to collection delays, sampling, or other limitations. You are solely responsible for validating data before making billing or operational decisions based on it.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Payments & Refunds (Team & Enterprise Licenses)
Team and Enterprise seat licenses are processed via Polar. License fees are charged per billing cycle as indicated at the time of purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you experience a technical failure that prevents access to licensed team or enterprise features, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days for review. Individual free CLI usage does not require payment.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON USAGE ESTIMATES OR COST PROJECTIONS.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms are effective as of 2026-06-17.
