GameHotDeals Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
These Terms govern your use of gamehotdeals.com ("GameHotDeals"), operated by Hedvion. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
1. What GameHotDeals is
GameHotDeals is an informational price-comparison service for PC game deals. We aggregate prices from third-party stores (via services such as CheapShark) and present them for your convenience.
2. Prices are informational only
Prices, discounts and availability shown on gamehotdeals.com are provided for reference and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. The final price is always the price shown at the store at the time of purchase. We do not guarantee any price.
3. No affiliation
GameHotDeals is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game store, publisher or developer. All trademarks and game titles belong to their respective owners.
4. External links
Deal links send you to external stores. Your purchase is a transaction solely between you and that store, subject to its own terms. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for it.
5. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameHotDeals is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on the information it provides.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of gamehotdeals.com after changes constitutes acceptance.
