This Privacy Policy explains how the GrandSudoku application ("the App") handles information. GrandSudoku is operated by Hedvion ("we", "us").

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require an account and do not ask you to submit personal information. We operate no servers of our own for the App; your game progress, records and settings are stored on your device.

2. Progress Backup

To keep your progress safe if you reinstall the App or change devices, the App stores a small progress record (such as your highest cleared level and play statistics) in storage provided by your operating system: iCloud Key-Value Storage on iOS and Android Auto Backup on Android. This data stays within your own Apple or Google account and is never transmitted to us. You can disable these backups in your device settings.

3. Advertising

The free version displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (including your advertising ID) and usage data to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. On iOS, personalized advertising uses your identifier only if you allow it via the App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, ads are non-personalized. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. Lifetime access removes ads.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
