These terms govern your use of Gwangclock Timer ("the App") provided by Hedvion ("the Company"). By installing and using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
The App is a timer utility that synchronizes standard server time to provide a precise clock and countdown. It may be used as a time reference for ticketing, course registration, and similar activities.
2. Accuracy Notice
Displayed time may vary depending on network conditions, device performance, and the target server's response. The Company does not guarantee absolute accuracy. The App is an aid only and does not guarantee the success of any ticketing or registration.
3. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any outcome arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App (e.g., failed ticketing, lost opportunity). The App is provided "as is".
4. User Obligations
You must comply with applicable laws and the terms of service of any target site, and must not use the App for unlawful purposes or to place undue load on target services.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to the Company. You may not copy, distribute, or modify them without prior consent.
6. Paid Purchase
The App may be offered for a fee. Payment and refunds follow the policies of each app marketplace (App Store, Google Play).
7. Changes
The Company may modify these terms and will provide notice through the App or this page.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location as the court of first instance.
