1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Gyeongjobu application (the "App"), you agree to these terms. The App is operated by Hedvion (the "Company").

2. License

The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on devices you own, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Free Version and Paid Features

The free version has limited functionality (a cap on the number of records, locked export/backup, etc.). Ads may be introduced to the free version in the future.

4. Payments

The lifetime pass is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited records, CSV export, and backup & restore on the store account used for purchase. It is not a subscription. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow each store's policy. After changing devices, sign in with the same store account and use "Restore Purchases" to reactivate.

5. Data and Your Responsibility

Ledger records are stored only on your device. Records cannot be recovered if the device is lost or broken or the App is deleted, so we recommend keeping copies via the export/backup features. The amount guide provided by the App is a reference summary of commonly known customs only, not legal or financial advice for any specific situation. Actual amount decisions and their consequences are your own.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Reverse engineering the App, tampering with the payment system, and any use that violates applicable law are prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including loss of records.

8. Changes and Termination

The Company may modify the App and these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The Company may discontinue the App or features with reasonable prior notice where required.
