1. The Service
InchWise (the "App") provides a feet-inch-fraction calculator and construction helper calculators (stairs, rafters, roofing, framing, concrete, squaring, lumber). The basic calculator is free; the pro calculators are unlocked by a one-time purchase (com.hedvion.inchwise.pro_lifetime, $12.99). There is no subscription and no recurring billing.
2. Disclaimer for Calculation Results (Important)
All results produced by the App are provided for informational purposes only. Actual construction work is governed by your local building codes, manufacturer specifications, and site conditions. You must verify all results yourself and, where required, have them confirmed by a licensed professional (architect, structural engineer, or similar). The App does not provide structural load or member-capacity analysis, and we accept no liability for material loss, construction defects, injury, or any other outcome arising from use of the App's results.
3. Purchases and Refunds
Payments are processed by Google Play / Apple App Store, and refunds follow each store's refund policy. After changing or resetting your device, use the store's "Restore Purchases" to restore your purchase free of charge.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its components (design, icons, code) are the copyrighted property of hedvion.
5. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be revised as needed. Material changes will be announced via the App or its store listing.
