Mossu Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the mobile application Mossu (the "Service") provided by Hedvion (the "Company").

1. The Service

  1. Mossu helps you manage indoor plant care schedules (watering and more), sends care reminders, and provides a plant encyclopedia (watering, light, humidity, temperature, pet toxicity, and other reference information).
  2. The Service requires no account. All data you register — plants, photos, care history — is stored only on your device.

2. Paid Features and Payment

  1. Certain features (unlimited plants, misting/fertilizing/repotting schedules, growth journal, ad removal) are unlocked by a one-time lifetime purchase (non-consumable in-app purchase).
  2. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under each store's policies. The Company never requests payment outside the stores.
  3. When switching devices, use "Restore purchase" with the same store account.

3. Intellectual Property

All content included in the Service — encyclopedia data, design, software — belongs to the Company. You retain all rights to photos and records you create.

4. Disclaimer

  1. Plant care information provided by the Service (watering intervals, light levels, temperature, tips) is general reference information. Actual care needs vary by individual plant and environment. The Company is not liable for damage to or loss of plants resulting from applying this information.
  2. Pet toxicity information is reference material based on public sources such as the ASPCA and does not replace veterinary advice. If your pet has ingested or may have ingested a plant, contact a veterinarian immediately.
  3. The Company is not liable for data loss caused by events beyond its control (device failure, deletion by the user, etc.). Please use the backup export feature to preserve your data.
  4. Notifications may not be delivered depending on device settings (Do Not Disturb, battery optimization, etc.). The Company is not liable for damages caused by missed notifications.

5. Changes to These Terms

The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law and will post changes on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
