Privacy Policy
PitLog Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 August 2026
The short version
PitLog keeps your vehicle records on your own device. We do not run a server for your data, we do not have an account system, and we cannot read what you log.
What we collect
Nothing. Vehicles, service records, photos, costs and reminders are stored locally on your phone. They are never uploaded to us.
If you export or back up your history, the file is written to storage you choose and shared only where you send it.
Notifications
Service reminders are scheduled on your device by your operating system. No reminder data leaves the phone.
Purchases
PitLog Pro is a one-time purchase handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. The stores tell the app only whether a purchase exists.
Advertising
PitLog ships without advertising enabled. If advertising is switched on in a future release, it will be provided by CAS.AI and shown only to users who have not purchased Pro, and this policy and the store privacy labels will be updated before that happens.
Crash and analytics
PitLog contains no analytics SDK and no crash reporting SDK.
Children
PitLog is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone.
Your rights
Because your data never reaches us, there is nothing for us to export or delete on your behalf. Deleting the app removes its local database. You can export a full copy to CSV at any time from Settings, free of charge.
