This Privacy Policy explains how the TapPilot application ("the App") handles information. TapPilot is operated by Hedvion ("we", "us").

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require an account and do not ask you to submit personal information. The App's Accessibility Service is used only to perform taps and swipes you configure; it does not read, record, store, or transmit the content of your screen. Your settings and marker layouts are stored only on your device.

2. Advertising

The free version displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (including your advertising ID) and usage data to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. The Pro version removes ads.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Google processes your purchase in accordance with its own policies.

4. Data Storage

App settings are stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. Android may back up non-sensitive settings via your Google account's automatic backup if enabled; purchase state is excluded from backup.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
