Tingle Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Tingle app ("the app") provided by Hedvion ("the company").

2. Service

The app provides ASMR sound playback and creator (Pro) features. The free version includes ads and some usage limits; purchasing Pro removes ads and limits.

3. Payments & refunds

Payments and refunds follow the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play.

4. User content

You are responsible for sounds you record or upload. You must not create or upload content that infringes others' rights.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use the app for illegal purposes or interfere with its normal operation.

6. Disclaimer

The company is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
