1. Service
Vidpress (the "App") provides on-device video compression. No account is required.
2. Premium (One-time Purchase)
Premium is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks ad removal and the custom preset. It is not a subscription. Payments and refunds follow Google Play / Apple App Store policies. If refunded, premium features are deactivated.
3. Your Responsibilities
You may only process videos you lawfully own or have rights to. You are responsible for how you use the output. Compression is lossy; we recommend keeping your originals — the App never deletes them.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". Some videos may not be processable depending on device and format. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.
5. Changes
These terms may change with prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
