1. The service
Dutymate estimates the Korean import taxes you are likely to pay on overseas purchases. These terms apply when you install or use the App.
2. Nature of the estimates (important)
All results are estimates for planning only. The taxes actually charged depend on the customs exchange rate on the day of clearance, HS classification, combined-shipment taxation, and rate revisions. The final amount is decided by Korea Customs. The built-in rate table shows its basis date; we are not liable for differences between the estimate and the amount actually charged.
3. License
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer or redistribute the App or resell its data, including the rate table.
4. Dutymate Pro
Dutymate Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks cart simulation, unlimited favorites, unlimited history, rate charts and CSV export. Payments and refunds follow Apple App Store policy. Use "Restore purchase" in the App to restore.
5. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for decisions made based on the estimates, customs delays, or additional charges.
6. Changes
Updated terms will be posted on this page and take effect upon posting.
