1. Service
Haru Cam is a camera and photo-editing app that applies film filters to your photos. These terms govern your use of the App.
2. Content & Ownership
You own the photos you capture or import and the filtered results you create. The App only applies filters on your device and acquires no rights to your photos.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use the App in a way that infringes others' portrait or copyright rights or violates the law. You are responsible for how you capture and use photos.
4. Purchases
"Haru Cam Pro" (unlock all filters + remove ads) is a one-time purchase processed under Apple App Store / Google Play policies. Refunds follow each store's refund policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for loss of photos or results due to device change, loss, or app deletion (results remain only where you saved them).
6. Changes
Changes to these terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
