1. Service
HoldOn provides an on-device breathing and grounding relief flow for panic attack moments, plus practice lessons for everyday use. These terms govern your use of the App.
2. Health Disclaimer
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Content such as the breathing exercises, grounding technique, reassurance cards and lessons is for reference only, intended to help you understand and manage anxiety, and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment of any mental health condition. If you are in crisis, contact a crisis hotline or emergency services immediately. Always consult a professional for mental health decisions.
3. Purchases
Premium (unlocks lessons, removes ads) is a one-time purchase processed under Google Play / App Store policies. Refunds follow each store's refund policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". We are not liable for loss of records due to device change, loss, or app deletion (records are stored only on your device). The App does not replace emergency medical services, and we are not liable for outcomes resulting from use of the App.
5. Changes
Changes to these terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
