1. Service
NoiseProof (the "App") provides on-device noise measurement, logging, and report generation. No account is required.
2. Premium (One-time, Permanent Purchase)
Ad removal is a one-time purchase that permanently removes ads. It is not a subscription. Payments and refunds follow Google Play / Apple App Store policies. If refunded, ad removal is deactivated.
3. Your Responsibilities and Nature of Readings
The App's readings are relative reference values based on the device microphone, not certified sound-level measurements. Official measurement by a certified meter may be required to use results as formal evidence in legal or administrative proceedings. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws (including recording and privacy laws) and for how you use recordings and measurements.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". Measurement accuracy may vary by device and environment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.
5. Changes
These terms may change with prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
