This Privacy Policy explains how hedvion (the “Operator”) handles information in the mobile game Nyangle (the “Service”). The Service has no sign-up or login, and does not collect personally identifying information such as your name, email, or phone number.

1. Information We Process

  • Game progress data (score, collected cats, in-game currency, settings): stored locally on your device.
  • Advertising identifier (iOS IDFA / Android Advertising ID): may be processed by our ad provider (Google AdMob) to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads.
  • Purchase records: in-app purchases are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment method details.
  • Cloud save data: if you use it, your progress is backed up via Apple Game Center or Google Play Games to your own platform account.
  • Device & usage data (OS, device model, approximate usage statistics): may be processed for stability, diagnostics, and ad measurement.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to (1) provide the game and save/restore progress, (2) show ads and personalized advertising, (3) process in-app purchases, and (4) improve the Service and fix errors.

3. Retention & Deletion

  • Local game data is removed when you uninstall the app.
  • Cloud save data is kept in your own Apple/Google account, which you manage and may delete.
  • Advertising and purchase data are retained per the third parties’ policies.

The Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We aim to configure ads appropriately for the audience. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child’s information was processed, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

  • You can limit ad tracking (turn off personalized ads) in your device settings.
  • You can delete cloud save data in your Apple/Google account settings.
  • Uninstalling the app deletes locally stored data.
