Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the mobile game Nyangle (the “Service”), provided by hedvion (the “Operator”). By installing and using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Service: the Nyangle mobile game and related features provided by the Operator.
  • User: anyone who installs or uses the Service.
  • In-game currency: virtual items and currency such as “fish”, usable only within the game.
  • Premium: additional benefits such as ad removal and exclusive content, provided via in-app purchase.

2. Use of the Service

The Service is generally free to play. Some features or content may be available through optional in-app purchases or by watching ads. The Operator may improve or change the Service.

3. In-game Currency (Fish)

  • In-game currency has no monetary value and can be used only within the game.
  • It cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash, nor transferred or sold to others.
  • It may be forfeited upon a breach of these Terms or termination of the Service.

4. Purchases

  • In-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play; prices and terms are as shown in those stores.
  • Premium (non-consumable): permanently provides ad removal and exclusive cats/room themes. It can be re-applied via “Restore Purchases” on the same store account.
  • Currency packs (consumable): provide in-game currency such as fish.

5. Refunds

Billing and refunds follow the policies of the Apple and Google stores and applicable law. For consumable items, the right of withdrawal may be limited once the item has been used or delivered. Refund requests can be made to the store you purchased from or to the Operator.

6. User Obligations

You must not manipulate the Service by improper means, or use hacking, reverse engineering, or automation tools that interfere with normal operation of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service — including cat artwork, designs, code, and trademarks — belongs to the Operator or its rightful owners. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit it without prior consent.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is.” The Operator is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its control, such as force majeure or third-party platform outages.
  • The Operator is not responsible for loss of local data resulting from uninstalling the app or changing devices when cloud save is not used.

9. Changes & Termination

The Operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, with reasonable notice for significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are handled according to applicable law.
