1. Service Description
PriceLens analyzes a photo of a secondhand item you capture or select, identifies the item, and provides an estimated price range based on active eBay listings. Prices shown in the App are reference estimates only and do not guarantee an actual sale price. Free use includes 3 scans per day and up to 25 saved ledger entries. A paid subscription (PriceLens Pro Monthly or Yearly) or a consumable scan pack unlocks additional scans and/or unlimited ledger storage.
2. Terms of Use
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Price estimates are reference information only; any decision to sell or buy is entirely your own responsibility. Please independently verify pricing before any significant transaction.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
PriceLens Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly: pricelens_pro_monthly; yearly: pricelens_pro_yearly), and a separate consumable product (pricelens_scanpack_5, 5 scans) is also available. Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel anytime from the Apple ID subscriptions screen in iOS Settings, or from the Subscriptions screen in the Google Play app. Refunds are subject to the respective store's (Apple/Google) refund policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." Item identification results and price ranges are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. The App is not liable for pricing inaccuracies or losses arising from transactions.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App's design, code, and content belong to the developer (hedvion). Unauthorized copying, distribution, or decompilation is prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be revised as needed. Material changes will be announced via the App or store listing.
