Spectrum Terms of Service

1. Service

Spectrum (the "App") displays a real-time frequency spectrum and spectrogram of sound on your device and lets you save and export measurements. No account is required.

2. Premium (one-time, permanent purchase)

Ad removal is a one-time purchase that permanently removes ads; it is not a subscription. Payments and refunds follow Google Play / Apple App Store policies. If refunded, the ad-removal feature is deactivated.

3. Your Responsibilities and the Nature of Readings

The App's readings (frequency, dB) are relative reference values based on your device's microphone, not certified measurements from calibrated instruments. For audio engineering or legal purposes, separately calibrated measurement may be required. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws (recording, privacy) and for how you use the results.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." Display accuracy may vary by device, microphone, and environment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the App.

5. Changes

These terms may change with prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
