This Privacy Policy explains how the SpotLeaf application (“the App”) handles information. SpotLeaf is operated by Hedvion (“we”, “us”).

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require an account and do not ask you to submit personal information. Your game progress, records and settings are stored only on your device.

2. Advertising

The free version displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (including your advertising ID) and usage data to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. On iOS, personalized advertising uses your identifier only if you allow it via the App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, ads are non-personalized. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings. The Pro version removes ads.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

4. Data Storage & Backup

Game progress is stored locally on your device. Your operating system may include it in your device backup (iCloud / Google auto-backup) if enabled. The App's “Export data” feature creates a file only when you request it, and the file stays under your control; it never includes purchase state.

5. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
