1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the SpotLeaf application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. The App is operated by Hedvion (“we”, “us”).

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own, for personal, non-commercial purposes. All content in the App (including puzzle images) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be extracted, redistributed or used outside the App.

3. Free Version and Ads

The free version includes advertising and limits some content and features (e.g. locked puzzle packs, daily hint limit).

4. Purchases

SpotLeaf Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks all puzzle packs, removes ads and provides unlimited hints on the purchasing store account. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; refunds follow the respective store's policies. Use “Restore purchase” to re-activate Pro on a new device signed into the same store account.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse-engineer, tamper with billing or ads, or use the App in violation of applicable law.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes; Termination

We may update the App and these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue the App or features with reasonable notice where required.
