1. Overview

TallUp (the "App") is a personal exercise tool that guides stretching routines for spinal decompression, posture and mobility. The App requires no account, contains no advertising, and transmits no data to our servers. Everything you record stays on your device.

2. What is stored

2.1 Workout history

Completed routine dates, your streak, total sessions and minutes, plan progress and any custom routines you build are kept in on-device storage only and are never uploaded to us. Deleting the App deletes them.

2.2 Height log (Pro)

Height values and dates that you type in are stored on your device only. The App does not measure your height automatically and never sends these values to us or to a third party. CSV export runs only when you start it, and you alone decide where the file goes.

2.3 Onboarding choice

The goal you pick on first launch (for example posture) is a local preference used to tailor the screens. It is not transmitted anywhere.

2.4 Reminders

Stretch reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No push server is involved, so no identifier is collected or transmitted for notifications. Notification permission is requested only at the moment you turn a reminder on.

2.5 Payment information

TallUp Pro (a one-time purchase, product ID tallup_pro_lifetime) is processed by the Apple App Store. The App never collects or stores card details; it only verifies the purchase through the store receipt.

2.6 No ads, analytics or tracking

The App contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK and no tracking technology. It does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

3. Retention and deletion

We collect and retain no personal data on any server. All data lives on your device and can be removed at any time from inside the App or by deleting the App. Because it is device-only, data cannot be recovered if the device is lost or reset, which is why the App offers CSV export so you can keep your own backup.

4. Note on health information

The stretching guidance and height log are general reference information. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. It does not send health records to us and does not access Apple Health (HealthKit) data.

5. Children

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Your rights

You can view, edit and delete your records directly inside the App.
