1. What the App does
TallUp guides stretching routines for spinal decompression, posture and mobility, using a timer and animated movement prompts. The open tier includes the starter plan, the morning quick routine and one reminder. A one-time purchase (product ID tallup_pro_lifetime) unlocks the remaining plans, the evening quick routine, the custom routine builder, the height log with statistics and CSV export, and unlimited reminders.
2. Health and safety notice (important)
This App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Its content is general stretching and posture information and does not replace care from a qualified clinician.
Stop immediately if a movement causes sharp pain, numbness or dizziness. Consult a clinician before using the App if you are pregnant, have osteoporosis, have a diagnosed spine, neck or shoulder condition, or have any other health concern. Hanging exercises load the shoulder and should not be performed with a shoulder injury.
You are responsible for judging your own physical condition and working within a comfortable range. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for injury or health outcomes arising from use of the App.
3. About the height log
The height log stores and displays values that you enter yourself. Measured height naturally varies through the day as spinal discs compress while upright and recover while lying down, and the App does not measure bone growth. The App makes no promise that stretching will make you permanently taller.
4. Payment and refunds
Unlocking Pro is a one-time purchase processed by the Apple App Store. Refunds follow Apple's refund policy.
5. Responsibility for your data
All records are stored on your device only. They cannot be recovered if the device is lost or reset or the App is deleted, and we keep no backup. Use the App's CSV export to keep your own copy of anything important.
6. Prohibited use
Reverse engineering, unauthorised copying or redistribution, and attempts to bypass payment are prohibited.
7. Changes to these terms
Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
