VibraScope Privacy Policy
VibraScope Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
1. Overview
VibraScope (the "App") measures and records vibration using your device's built-in accelerometer (motion sensor). The App does not require an account and never uploads measurement data to any server. All analysis, measurement storage, and image generation happen entirely on your device.
2. Information We Process
2.1 Motion sensor
The App reads accelerometer values for vibration measurement (no runtime permission is required for this sensor). Sensor values are used for live analysis only and are not stored or uploaded by default. When you save a measurement, the measurement values (acceleration, estimated intensity, etc.) and a chart image are saved only to your device's internal storage. You can view, share, or delete saved measurements within the App.
2.2 Advertising data (Google AdMob)
The App shows Google AdMob ads unless you purchase ad removal. Google may collect advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA), device information (model, OS version), approximate location (IP-based), and ad interaction data. See the Google Privacy Policy. Users in the EEA/UK can choose via the consent form (GDPR) shown at first launch; iOS users can choose via the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
2.3 Payments
The one-time, permanent ad-removal purchase is processed by Google Play / Apple App Store. The App never collects or stores payment details; it only verifies the purchase via the store receipt.
3. Data Retention
The App itself collects and stores no personal data on any server. Saved measurements and images exist only on your device and are removed when you delete them in the App or uninstall the App.
4. Children
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
5. Your Choices
You can change personalized-ads consent via device settings (reset advertising ID, ATT settings) or by reinstalling the App.
