1. Service
VibraScope (the "App") provides tools to measure, record, and visualize vibration using your device's built-in accelerometer.
2. Nature of Measurements (Important)
Values shown by the App (acceleration, estimated intensity, etc.) are reference estimates based on consumer-grade smartphone sensors. Accuracy varies with sensor quality and how the device is placed. The App is not a substitute for calibrated industrial instruments or official seismic monitoring. For safety-critical, legal, or engineering purposes, use professional equipment and expert judgment.
3. Purchases and Refunds
Ad removal is a one-time, non-consumable purchase applied permanently. Payments and refunds follow Google Play / Apple App Store policies. Use the in-app "Restore purchase" feature to restore.
4. Intellectual Property
Rights to the App and its components (design, code, graphics) belong to the developer. Measurements you save and images you export belong to you.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". The developer makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of measurements and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is not liable for damages arising from decisions or actions based on them.

These terms may change; updates will be posted on this page.
