1. The Service
Zoothe plays calming sounds for pets and provides an assistive sound-detection feature. The App is not a veterinary diagnostic or treatment tool. Consult a veterinarian about your pet's health or behavioral issues.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the App on your own device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell the App's sound content.
3. Purchases and Refunds
"Remove Ads" is a one-time permanent purchase processed by Google Play / Apple App Store. Refunds follow each store's refund policy.
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." The effect of calming sounds varies by animal and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Away Mode detection may miss or misdetect sounds depending on device and environment, and it is not a safety monitoring device for your pet.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated; material changes will be announced in the App or on the store page.
